Terms of use
These terms govern Reintouch, operated by Lithstone Technologies. Effective October 15, 2026. By using Reintouch, you agree to these terms. Questions: support@reintouch.com.
Your account and authority
Reintouch is intended for adults who can enter a binding agreement. Keep your account secure and provide accurate account information. Only upload or authorize use of materials you own or have permission or lawful authority to share. Obtain the necessary rights for voice and likeness recreation, including from living people whose information you contribute. You retain your rights in your material and authorize us and the service providers you enable to process it to provide the features you request.
AI memorials and future legacies
Reintouch preserves memories and generates AI simulations based on submitted material. An AI memorial is not the actual person, does not communicate with the deceased, and cannot perfectly reproduce a personality or know unshared facts. Generated statements can be inaccurate or upsetting and are not verified wishes, identity evidence, or medical, legal, or financial advice. A future legacy is prepared by its living creator; automatic release after death is not currently available. Reintouch is not an emergency or clinical-care service.
Basic and Pro subscriptions
Basic and Pro are paid recurring subscriptions with monthly and annual options. Basic includes text conversations and memory archives. Pro adds authorized custom voice and AI video calls, with 30,000 generated voice characters per monthly usage period; video speech uses the same allowance. Video sessions last up to five minutes. Provider availability, permissions, and usage limits apply. Your checkout or App Store purchase screen shows the applicable price, billing period, currency, taxes, and renewal terms before you confirm.
Renewal, cancellation, and refunds
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through the provider where you purchased. Manage App Store purchases in your Apple subscription settings and website purchases through Manage billing in Reintouch. Cancel before the displayed renewal date to avoid another renewal; access generally continues until the paid period ends. Deleting the app or your Reintouch account does not cancel a subscription. Apple handles refund requests for App Store purchases. Contact support@reintouch.com about website billing and refund requests. Any rights you have under applicable consumer law remain in effect.
Respectful and lawful use
Do not use Reintouch for deception, fraud, identity authentication, harassment, exploitation, unlawful content, unauthorized voice or likeness recreation, or impersonation of a living person. Do not present generated content as an authentic recording, verified statement, legal signature, or communication from the deceased. Do not bypass access controls, share another user’s private material without authority, or misuse the service’s providers.
Reports, access, and availability
Report a response from its conversation or contact support@reintouch.com with a rights, safety, or account concern. We may restrict disputed material or access while reviewing misuse or legal obligations. Features may be interrupted by maintenance, device limitations, network failures, or provider outages. Keep exports of material you want to preserve independently. We will describe material subscription changes and obtain any consent required by applicable law.
Privacy and account closure
Our privacy notice explains the information shared with our providers and the choices available in Account & privacy. You may export or remove archive content and delete your account through the app. Close any recurring subscription separately. Removing data cannot revoke copies you or other authorized people have previously exported.
App Store license
For the iOS app, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Apple is not responsible for operating Reintouch or its AI services. These terms do not exclude protections or remedies that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
