Account or app help
Email support@reintouch.com from your account email. Tell us what you were trying to do, what happened, and whether you use the website or iPhone/iPad app. Include your app version if available. Never send passwords, verification codes, payment-card details, or private family recordings.
Subscriptions and restoration
For an App Store purchase, use Restore Purchases on the app’s Plans tab while signed in to the Reintouch account used for the original purchase. Manage cancellation and refunds through Apple. For a website purchase, open Account & privacy and choose Manage billing. If access is missing, contact us with the plan and purchase date; avoid sending full financial details.
Privacy, deletion, and rights
Use memorial settings to export or delete an archive, and Account & privacy to manage AI permissions or permanently delete your account. Cancel subscriptions separately before account deletion. Email support@reintouch.com to request privacy help or report unauthorized content, voice, or likeness use.

Use Report on an AI response to flag a concern. For urgent account or rights issues, also email support@reintouch.com with enough information for us to locate the issue. Reintouch creates AI simulations and is not an emergency service.
